What is the purpose of the long cattle guard at the well site??? There is no fence at this location.

Not sure of the reason for the lengthy cattle guard. But, I would imagine that there will be a fence constructed 'sooner than later', if they are setting up to begin drilling. What is the location of this pad?
I once saw a sign that read, "Disregard This Sign".
Maybe this says, "No Cattle on This Cattle Guard".
